By default the price is set to $00.00 you must enter your your agreed amount to continue. The PayPal portal cannot launch with a $00.00 payment and you will get an error.
Note: Upgrading from an existing FREE Online Inventory to a Division is done by clicking the Upgrade banner at the bottom of your Inventory, while you are logged into your account. Do not buy a new Division to upgrade a FREE inventory because this will create a second account.
