List all assets to be divided, with photos, categories and values as needed (or hire us to rapidly list / value from your uploaded photos)
Invite relevant participants to the division. If you need an independent Administrator we can provide that service. (Often chosen if a Divisee / Heir is also Administrator)
Divisees are asked to review the list indicating if interested or not interested
A fair division process using Emotional Value and Alternating Selection is applied in rounds
Each party’s share of the personal property and other assets is allocated and tracked with reports
Remaining items may be organized in reports and printed for sale or donation
