You photograph each asset room-by-room, and upload. We list, categorize, and associate the photo with asset
Need a fair, independent value put on things, but not full appraisal value? Estimate estate sale values
Need someone to mediate, or handhold the family through the process? We can do that, too
Listing – costs are hourly, but for ball park costs, use $75 per hour and typically we can list 1 asset per minute
Market Values – not appraisal level, but $100 per hour and we can usually value 1 every 2 minutes
Mediation helping with the dynamics and division process is $200 per hour
