Photographing Only
Our local agents who are licensed insurance adjusters come to the estate property and photograph what is seen room by room, appraisals, receipts, etc. and preferably with your help to better photograph the assets of interest. In addition, notes are made on items that will assist in the listing and valuing including brands, condition of valuable items, etc. The photos will be uploaded to FairSplit room by room. Having a family representative assist in this will ensure the right items are available to be photographed. Our agents do not unpack boxes or pull items from hiding, so items to be photographed should be in the open.
